The Assetz auction is unlike a normal auction as you do not have to reveal a guide price meaning that the value of your site is protected. Our members place sealed bids for you to accept or reject. Bidders can revise their bids if they wish in order to become accepted. You can accept any bid that you wished before the auction ends. Assetz helps organise the finance for purchasers and will have pre-vetted your scheme for mortgage finance before the auction opens.
